FH Toolhead (Floating Head)
This is the most popular tool for general descaling of boiler
tubes and process pipework. Also available in double and triple
versions (see below).
Sizes to suit tube ID 1.1/4" to 6" (32mm to 152mm).
Spare cutters and pins available.
For brass and copper tubes up to 2" (51mm) internal diameter.
Equally suitable for all steel tubes from 32mm to 102mm internal
diameter. The orthodox tool is for the removal of hard scale from both
straight and curved boiler tubes, etc.

EJH Toolhead
Used extensively in the Sugar Industry for the rapid removal
of the extremely hard deposits found in such tubular vessels
as evaporators, juice heaters and vacuum pans. This is a spring
loaded tool which often cleans down to the metal in one pass.
Available in sizes to suit tube ID 1.1/4" to 2.1/4"
(32mm to 57mm).
By far the most popular tool with sugar mills, for the rapid and safe removal of hard linings of scale up to 1.60mm thick in evaporator and juice heater tubes in one pass. This toolhead is fast and effective, and equally safe in brass or copper tubes. Supplied in a range of tube bore sizes from 29mm to 57mm inclusive.

SH Toolhead
Ideal for the removal of light scale deposits and for polishing
tube walls. These tools are spring loaded and are used to clean
tubes in boilers, evaporators, Juice headers etc. They can be
supplied as a brush, as a scraper, or as a combination of both. |

Twist Drill
Blocked and heavily scaled tubes are always a problem. Two types
of drill are available for use in these conditions. The drill
size depends on the ID of the tubes to be cleaned.
The Twist Drill is very effective in clearing straight tubes with blockages. The cutting edges of this tool can be tipped if required, for faster drilling and longer life. Several sizes are available.

The Fishtail tool is very effective in clearing straight tubes with blockages. The cutting edges of this tool can be tipped if required, for faster drilling and longer life.

Solid Knocker Tool
For the removal of hard deposits in straight steel tubes. Available
in four sizes which cover tube ID from 7/8" to 3" (22mm
to 76mm).
This design of tool is used for dealing with the exremely hard deposits which can accumulate and line the bores of straight steel tubes. It is particularly effective in clearing tubes quickly and thoroughly.

Flexible Knocker Tool
As above, but being flexible it is suitable for use in both straight
and curved tubes.

CH Toolhead
Very effective for cleaning semi blocked tubes. They are also
used to open up larger diameter tubes that are heavily scaled.
Available in six sizes which cover tube ID 1" to 2.1/2"
(25mm to 64mm)
Semi blocked tubes are easily cleared by this useful range of tools. Although ideal for the normal cleaning of straight tubes within a certain range of sizes, they are used for opening up larger diameter tubes that are heavily scaled.
